In my role as an Outreach Social Worker at TARA, I proudly serve as the first point of contact between my organization and the vibrant Saidulajab community. engaging with families, making home visits, and actively addressing their concerns are not just my responsibilities for me; they’re sources of immense fulfillment. My exceptional team serves as both my support system and a wellspring of inspiration, pushing me to consistently deliver my very best in the field.
But my true love in this role? It’s the children. I find indescribable joy in working with them, fostering their growth, and contributing to a brighter future for these young minds. It’s a job that’s not just fulfilling but incredibly rewarding too.
