I was extremely nervous when I joined TARA as this is my first job. My experience as a Child Welfare Officer has been very insightful. I had a warm welcome from my associates at TARA Girls. The children opened the door to their lives and accepted me from the very beginning. Each day I gather new learnings and challenges, but the constant support from the staff has helped me in growing as a better person.
